Due to the uniqueness of each Alfresco Home product and pre-order lead times, no cancellation will be accepted after 5 days from the order entry date.
Due to the artisan nature of all products from Alfresco Home, variations in color, texture and the like are present and common and deemedas normal and acceptable. No returns are accepted
Alfresco Home offers a 2 year limited warranty from purchase date for All Weather Wicker products. This warranty is against defects in materials and workmanship as outlined below:
- Frames are warranted against defects in material and workmanship.
- All Weather Wicker fibers are warranted against peeling, cracking, and fading.
- Normal wear and tear, improper assembly and general frame rusting is not covered.
- Chips and scratches from normal wear and tear are not covered.
- Exposure to the elements, mildew, improper care, and normal wear and tear are not covered.
Warranty General Terms
- Alfresco Home reserves the right to inspect all items claimed to be defective.
- Under the terms of these warranties, the manufacturer will repair or replace and item if deemed necessary. If discontinued, it will be replaced with a similar style and finish.
- Any items used for commercial purposes are not covered by these limited warranties.
- Any warranty must be brought to the attention of Alfresco and will only be honored after inspection and with dated receipt of purchase.
- All warranties are non-transferable.
- Normal wear and tear is excluded.
- Improper handling, care, acts of god, accidents and commercial use voids these warranties
